namas·te
n. \nʌməˌsteɪ\
a Sanskrit greeting traditionally spoken at the end of a yoga class. Derived from 'namas' (to bow) and 'te' (to you), it is a gesture of love, gratitude and respect.
gour·met
n. \gʊərˈmeɪ\
nourishment of the highest quality and flavor, prepared well and presented in an artful manner.
Living in the 'City that Never Sleeps,' I see my fellow New Yorkers fighting to just get through the day. What happens if we take a breath and open ourselves up to living more fully? Not doing more, but finding richness with what we have. Or perhaps achieving a new goal or strengthening our relationships. It's not only possible, but necessary if we want fulfillment. However, sometimes we need a little guidance. A bit of motivation. Maybe a cheerleader.
With that in mind, I've created a practice to feed the body and soul through coaching, yoga and celebrating your rituals.
Need a yoga class that kicks your butt or focuses on your breath? Or perhaps a session that lets a group laugh together? No problem! How 'bout a ceremony that is just as unique as you are? Perfect!
